Today, Kisii University Flamingo Rover Scouts, through PeaceLink 360, hosted a successful hybrid dialogue, "Beyond the Flames: Youth Dialogue on Addressing School Arson in Kenya." We sincerely thank our speakers, Madam Dimnah Bosire (Kereri Girls High School) and Mr. Frank Nyanyiemi (AIC Grace Comprehensive School), for their invaluable insights on building safer, more supportive learning environments.
Special appreciation to Mrs. Alice Mokua, Kisii County Scouts Commissioner, and Mr. Kaka Steve, Scout Leader, Kisii Comprehensive School, for their presence and encouragement. We also thank Lance Media Productions for the excellent live production support.
The key message was clear: school arson is preventable when young people are heard, supported, and empowered through dialogue.
